2 companies are competing to implement a 200 MW solar power plant

12 companies agreed to participate in the tender for the construction of a solar power plant with a capacity of 200 megawatts west of the Nile within the project proposed by the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company with a capacity of 600 megawatts.

Sources told Al Borsa newspaper that the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company divided the project that put it at a capacity of 600 megawatts in the West of the Nile, and sent a letter to the companies qualified in previous experience to clarify this, and informing them that in the event of approval to continue, the amounts specified for soil testing will be divided into the project site.
